The Law on the Fund - Act No. 315 of 14 May 1997 - all tour operators who offer or sell travel arrangements in their own name to be registered in the Travel Guarantee Fund.
If you book a tour with transport, accommodation, and other programs, we call it a package tour. When you book your trip with Sports World Travel, we have a responsibility as a tour operator to ensure you that you get the travel package you have paid for.
Is there something along the way you mean, you do not get the product you paid for, you can lodge your complaint. We take care of your complaint, and you will be covered within the limits that apply to package tours.
